When you hire a face painter to come and face paint at your next event, there are a few things you need to consider, skill level, you want someone that knows what they are doing. Are fast, good with kids? What products do they use?
Make sure they use only FDA approved cosmetic grade paints and biodegradable glitters that are safe to use on sensitive skin.
Make sure that they practice high levels of hygiene, for example are they using a fresh sponge for every child, are they thoroughly washing brushes between customers, and do they know how to clean and care for their products so that they do not harbor harmful bacteria.
Ask them if they insured and do they have a police check and a current working with vulnerable people card.
